During July 2011 (01.07.2011-31.07.2011) the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine received 166 inquiries for the public information receipt (109-by Internet; 54-by post; 3-during personal reception of citizens):
-118 inquiries were fulfilled:
1 inquiry was directed to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Secretariate;
-44 were refused pursuant to the clause 22 of the Law of Ukraine "On Access to Public Information";
-3 inquiries are being fulfilled upon the appeals of the citizens of Ukraine.
The majority of inquiries were directed to the secretariats of the Committees on the Matters of Pensioners, Veterans and Persons with Disabilities (11); On Legislative Support of Law Enforcement(11); On Fuel and Energy Complex, Nuclear Policy and Nuclear Safety (5); On Rules of Parliamentary Procedure, Ethics and Support to Work of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine (3) and also to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Secretariate (36).
